Pumpkin Bread IV

This is an absolutely wondeful recipe. The recipe is from Cheryl Riccioli.

Makes three full size loaves.
Ingredients
3 cups canned pumpkin puree
1-1/2 cups vegetable oil
4 cups white sugar
6 eggs
4 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

optional: add in chocolate chips, or when bread is cooked and has cooled you can add cream cheese and make little sandwiches.

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour three 9x5 loaf pans.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin, oil, sugar, and eggs. Combine all other ingredients in another bowl and mix together. Add dry mixture to pumpkin puree. Mix well. Divide evenly into three loaf pans.
3. Bake in preheated oven 45 - 60 mins. The top of the loaf should spring back when lightly pressed.

Yummy, Yummy! Hope you enjoy.
